Parlee Dream Bike Entry - Z3 Custom - Buildup 2

In part two of our Parlee Show Bike build project we get to setting up the bike itself. The first thing we do is level the bike on our setup jig. We have a laser that we use in our WobbleNaught laser fittings that is perfect for a bike build. Parlee sent us the exact sizing data, so after the bike is level we can locate the saddle in space, and then the handlebar stem.

Bringing the Parlee Dream Bike Together

Once the bars and stem are installed, the brake/shift levers are carefully installed, and then the task of installing the Nokon cables is next. Note the bar under-wrap to protect the bars from perspiration and to keep the cable housings in place. The outer tape is perfectly symmetrical and makes the bars look awesome.
