When I first started riding, I purchased a stock bike from a local bike store. It did what it was supposed to do but I could always tell that something was out of whack. Too much weight in my hands, seat not far back enough, etc. It was so bad that it was actually hard for me to grab my water bottle while I was riding. For me, a big part of the problem was being 6'5" tall. Stock bikes just don't fit tall people very well. During that time, I decided that I wanted to look into buying a Parlee. I found out about KGS Bikes online and called Kevin.

Fortunately, he was making regular trips to Dallas to do fittings so I met him and went through the fitting process. I recognized immediately that I could have a bike that really "fit" my dimensions. Kevin was very attentive throughout the entire process - from the fitting, to designing the bike specs and then delivery and making sure the bike worked for me. His idea of "customer service" is the best. He was available anytime I needed to ask a question or get more information. He also understood my budget and worked with me to get a bike that I really wanted but that still in the price range that we discussed. Once the bike was delivered, he continues to be available for any issue.

After I received my new bike, I immediately felt all the things he had been telling me about. First of all, the bike fit me like a glove. It was completely comfortable in every aspect. I can ride it for 6 hours and be completely comfortable. Plus, the performance, handling and responsiveness of the bike is perfect in my mind. It is everything that I hoped for. Overall, my bike was a big investment but I haven't regretted it for one minute. I'm thrilled every time I take it out for a ride. I have to say "Thanks" to Kevin for making it possible.
