First Look, Parlee Z2 Custom Paint - Sem

This Parlee Z2 bike frame was not purchased at KGS Bikes, but was repainted by Sem Custom Paint. We have a close relationship with Dave Sem and he delivered the bike to his customer at our showroom. We could not resist the opportunity to take many pictures of the bike and to describe it in detail.

Parlee and Sem Together

While the stock Parlee comes with decals, Dave Sem painted this bike with masks, meaning that no decals are used, just paint. We have another gallery showing the steps Dave went through to do this Concours paint job. Note the detail in the head tube graphics. Also note the white outline around the reverse letters in all three main tubes plus the fork. Dave even used reverse graphics on the Elite Bottle Cages!

We are trying to get onto Dave's busy schedule to have him paint a Parlee for us!
