When one can buy almost any bicycle or part from many different stores, the question we ask ourselves is, "Why KGS Bikes?". There are many answers, and here are a few:

- 23 years experience in riding, building, buying and selling bicycles, and fitting riders to bikes.
- Knowledge of what goes into great components and frames. This is from Kevin Saunders' experience in industrial design and structural engineering, plus high accountability manufacturing.
- A business model focusing on a niche that we can perform flawlessly, and we let others sell the products we don't know well.
- We want to educate our customers so they know why they are choosing a particular product. We then work very hard to provide the best example of that product.
